Our story
We started with a simple frustration: shared housing was too often let badly — cold rooms, vague bills, slow repairs and landlords who were impossible to reach. We were sure it could be done properly, so we built a lettings service around the things that actually matter when you live in a house share.
Today we manage quality rooms across the region on an all-bills-included basis, with fast, paperless move-ins, a tidy online tenant portal and a maintenance team that actually answers. Every property we run is fully licensed and certified — and we keep it that way, with renewals tracked automatically.
For landlords, that means hands-off management and full compliance. For tenants, it means a comfortable, well-run home and a team you can reach. That balance is the whole point of what we do.
